Classic Floor Furnishings was founded by Ms. Sheeba Joseph, Managing Partner and Associates in the year 2000. The company was formed with a vision of creating international quality Floor Furnishing Solutions with attractive designs, colours, functional requirements and durability. It also envisioned to leverage the rubber grown around its manufacturing centres to give the company a distinct cost advantage in servicing. The company also chose to focus on human resource development to hone traditional skills in manufacturing.
Besides, to drive its Innovation and Range Expansion programme, it developed a positive attitude to respond to customer feed back, suggestions and needs.
What followed the basic strategic plan, was a fast expanding and fulfilled customer base.
To help the organisation to scale up and expand, Ms. Sheeba Joseph was joined by her husband Mr. Joseph Mathew, a Corporate Executive of over 20 years standing. Mr. Joseph Mathew has considerable expertise in Finance and management experiene in Marketing, Production and Corporate affairs.
The Top Management team is now supported by a committed group of managers and executives with skill and hands-on knowledge of customer service, production proceedures, scheduling, product management, innovation and team building.
With such a team in place, the company believes, it is well geared to respond to customer needs positively, enthusiatically and promptly and help it to reach its customers delightfully - world over.
